京港澳高速、107国道，219省道、302省道和县乡公路，交织成网。拟建的晋海铁路横穿汤阴，铁路全线按国铁Ⅰ级、双线电气化铁路建设，设计速度120公里/小时。晋海铁路在汤阴县与京广铁路交叉，形成交通“十字架”，汤阴将是该铁路与京广铁路的唯一接点，拟建铁路中枢站（汤阴东站编组站）。汤阴北距邯郸机场60公里，南离新郑国际机场170公里。突出的交通区位优势，使汤阴逐步成为豫北地区的交通物流中心，可辐射京、津、冀、晋、鲁等省和地区。
